Hookd is built into the Scand door app and the Admin portal and is being tested now. Message sending switches on shortly. An ID scan never signs anyone up.

Guests choose to join

After the ID check, staff can offer a quick member sign-up. The guest types their own email and ticks to agree.

Messages that bring them back

A welcome, a birthday treat on the day, a “we miss you” after a while away, a reward for regulars, and your own promotions.

Offers redeemed at the door

When a member with an unused offer is scanned, staff see “Offer waiting” and redeem it in one tap. Each offer works once.

A warning before you send
