nyted.

Full tables. Busy doors. One diary.

Nyted is where people decide what to do tonight, and where your venue takes the booking. Guests find real events and places to eat and drink near them; you get booths, guest lists, deposits and functions in one diary that talks to your door.

Free for guests and free for venues while we launch: no subscription, no per-guest or per-cover fees. Opening to founding venues this summer.

What a venue gets, from tonight.

Four things Nyted does that a phone and a paper diary don’t.

01

Bookings made for nights out

Booths, high tables, guest lists and dinner tables, with deposits taken at booking and a QR ticket for every guest.

02

Fill the quiet hours

Limited early and late sittings with a food offer, shown to people deciding where to go. Food and entry offers only, so it stays inside the drink-deal rules.

03

Functions without the back-and-forth

Enquiry, quote, deposit and confirmation in one pipeline, with the space held automatically.

04

Checked at the door by Scand

With Scand, the booking QR and the guest’s ID are checked in one scan. Nyted also runs happily on its own.

How a booking works

Step 1They find you

Guests open Nyted to see what’s on tonight and who has a table, in their city.

Step 2They book

A booth, a table or a guest list, with a deposit if you want one. Confirmation by email, a QR ticket on their phone.

Step 3It lands in your diary

One diary for walk-ins, phone bookings and Nyted bookings, with the floor plan and the notes your team needs.

Step 4They arrive

Door staff scan the QR. With Scand, the ID check happens in the same moment. The table shows as seated.

For venues: your guests stay yours.

Nyted is not a marketplace that takes a cut of every cover. It’s your diary, your guest list and your offers, on the same Okayd account as the door.

  • No commission, no per-cover fee, no prepaid cards.
  • Deposits go to you, not to us.
  • Guests who book are your guests: their details stay with your venue.
  • Quiet-night offers for food and entry, checked against the drink-deal rules.
  • One diary that talks to Scand at the door and Tallyd for the night’s numbers.

Honest about the rest

Real bookings with email confirmations are built and being tested. Screenshots of the venue side are coming once real screens are ready.
